Screen Print Details

When printing light inks on dark goods, the dark garment color comes through the light color ink. To solve this problem, we must first print a white base that is then flash-cured. This process is also implemented when printing multiple colors. A second or third flash will be used to prevent colors from blending or smearing together. Using a flash ensures that your colors remain vibrant, clear, and visible on all dark color garments.

Additional charges to screen printed items may be necessary in the following instances:

  • Color re-order screens
  • PMS color match
  • Color change screen wash
  • Printing on or above a pocket
  • Individual folding and bagging
  • When special “nylon” ink is necessary for nylon goods
